Hamburg, Germany (April 8, 2004)–Steinberg Media Technologies GmbH has announced the latest version of its virtual instrument rack–V-Stack. With up to 16 simultaneous virtual instruments, 8 send effects, 4 bands of EQ, and 32-bit internal processing, V-stack is a natural choice for live performance or a VST System Link network within a studio.

V-stack gives you quick access to master keyboard functions like Transpose, Layer and Splitting of VSTi’s, up to 5 insert effects, and up to 4 subgroups making it a great live performance tool. In the studio, V-Stack can be used with many common controllers and can receive ReWire audio channels from a compatible application to for effects and EQ processing.
